Rental was easy and price is good. Getting a live person is impossible. I was told to send my ID over text and I would receive an email with the access code, unit number, etc. No email
After 2 hours I called and left message. No response. I used the kiosk to complete my rental agreement but is was slow. I was told I could buy a lock at the kiosk but there was no way to purchase it.

Waste of 2-days for getting storage unit door addressed for remedy.
Terrible experience. Grounds were littered, kiosk did not work for purchase of company recommended locks, unit door was very difficult to lift and close in fact was unrepairable per ground staff, manager and upper management communicated that they would not replace. Upper management did allow me to get out of lease and refund the administrative fee. I will say that the people that I spoke with on the phone and the grounds manager that I met in person were very nice. However, the structures and environment are subpar! I do not and would not recommend renting at 7810 W. Washington St., Indianapolis, IN.

Great customer service
Moved from Texas and was able to have my POD delivered so that I could transfer my stuff over to Storage
of America. The store manager Tanita was very helpful and professional.

Fast Easy Contact-less
It was an online process which was very easy no hassle. I don't have to talk to anybody in person. I just filled out the paperwork, gave my information paid my bill then got mystorage code storage and storage number. Then off I went. I would say within 30 minutes I started the process and was in my storage unit unloading my stuff.

Kept hearing..best is yet to come. I've arrived
I've had storage units for approx. 5yrs now. Many mishaps from lost pmts. to water leaks. Not one has offered the customer service along with low prices for the rental space until now. My Storage of America move in was a breeze from paperwork to move in. I'm sure I'll be a very happy and long-time tenant.

Representatives on the phone are always so pleasant and helpful when I've had to call a couple of times. Units are clean and well maintained property.

Gate Passcode Invalid
The gate passcode I was issued when I complete the contract was not valid when I went ot move into the unit 3 hrs late resulting in myself and 3 helpers be delayed by approximate 25 minutes. Eventually, I was issued a managers passcode to enter.
