Easy to move in. Felt that customer service could of been a little more welcoming as not a single word was exchanged throughout the entire process. It was my first time renting a storage unit and I ended up getting more information from the other tenants than the person working.

Quick, convenient and affordable

I needed a place to temporarily store my stuff after my house sold so quickly, and this place was perfect. Very accessible, friendly staff, and the price for the size of the unit I got was very reasonable I thought. Even having a unit on the second or third floor is no big deal with the large lift elevators and carts they have provide to transport your things.

Such a long move...

I was in the office minutes after they had opened. The woman running the desk/office that was present when I arrived from Texas, was very patient and timely with getting paperwork processed. She showed great concern if the unit selected would suffice. Overall very reassuring that I chose the correct place to hold my belongings while I finalize my move from across the country.

The entire process, from the first phone call to signing the paperwork, was painless and easy. The associate who took care of me, Anthony, walked that fine line between professionalism and friendly banter; never an easy task, as it can come off as artificial and contrived, but Anthony provided excellent service and walked me through the process with ease and grace. Quite honestly, I have nothing negative to say about the entire experience and will use this company from now on.

Very friendly and helpful staff, facility is clean and well stocked with supplies. I came to Indy on business to close an office. Before my arrival I called the facility and made a reservation over the phone. Once in town I presented to the location and was greeted by a staff member who was courteous and efficient. I was not the only customer in the lobby and she was quite attentive to everyone, making sure each of us were being attended to. The following day I returned and again had a very positive interaction with the staff. I made the right choice for storage.

I was driving up from Alabama on a Saturday & they were very accommodating, by letting me do my first payment over the phone, and coming in to do my paperwork at a later date. I don't think they usually do this, but under the circumstances & time difference they were willing to work with my situation!
