Great customer service!
Was looking for a place to park my skoolie conversion and I found this place. I called there number and they were super nice and welcoming. They reserved my spot for me and the next day i came and parked my bus there. The man that was there to do all the paperwork was extremely nice and seemed passionate about his job and helping us with everything along the way! Would recommend everyone to come to come here if you have anything to store away.

Best customer service and price in Indiana!
I highly recommend Simply Self Storage on 749 Beachway Dr. in Indy. I recently rented an outdoor parking space that was exactly as described in space size. I did tons of searching for a space this size at a great or reasonable price. There is nothing in Indiana that compares to the great price per month for the size of the space until I came across this facility. On top of the amazing value, the manager John is honestly one of the most kindest professional people you will meet. He actually cares and is very pleasant to interact or do business with, which is rare these days. Thanks John, for making my experience more than pleasurable. If your looking for an indoor or outdoor space, look no further. This is by far the best place! You'll be as impressed as I am.

AWESOME DEAL and AWESOME SERVICE by JOHN!!!
Wow. I tried to find a cheap storage unit to store some of my things for the next few months and I found simplystorage.com. At first, I spoke with the Carmel facility on Rangeline Road and I did not like the approach of the lady (i believe manager) that worked there. Soooo....I looked online again and I was drawn to the $19 5x7 unit (bigger and cheaper than Carmel). I reserved online and BOOM - got a call from John within a minute (no joking). Right away I liked him. He is PROFESSIONAL, humble, informative and FAIR! He "pro-rated" my rent/insurance AND through sparefoot.com I got a $20 REFUND of the $20 administrative fee!!! Soooooo....I ended up getting my unit for a mere $13.08. No Joke. Carmel on Rangeline wanted to charge me FULL price - no pro-rating at $48.oo move in. I even LIVE in Carmel but decided to go with JOHN on the West-side of Indy. The security at this place is AWESOME!!!!!! THIS is your place for storage!

Came into facility after reviewing and securing a unit information online. When I got there I discovered the unit was actually a parking spot. Pic online showed furniture in a unit along with description of first floor drive up access or something like that. Very frustrated when I discovered the online info was misleading to say the least. However the manager?owner? quickly took action to resolve the issue. I still feel deceived by the online info. Through the course of time will be paying a higher price and am not happy about that. The only thing that made me commit to the unit was the owners efforts to resolve the misinformation.
