increased my rent 50% in one year
I signed up for $110 and paid on time for years. One year increased to $125. The following year increased again by 50% to 185. Who knows what will be the increase in 2024?

Not what I expected
No carts to help move things in easily as I have seen at other facilities. And found the entrance very uncomfortable to move in through as well as unsafe. Not to mention a hassle with the doors not staying open

Nic is awesome!
Juan was present at the beginning of the process as well and was helpful. Nic explained everything thoroughly. He ensured I knew where all entrances/exits are located. He escorted me to my unit and ensured it was clean. The facility is very well lit and my unit is easily located from the two entrances I have used. It was a very easy process and Nic was SUPER helpful. Also! There are cameras from almost every angle so I feel safe being there after hours.

Awesome experience, people and facility
Called in the morning inquiring about a storage unit. Reserved and rented one that day. The manager (I apologize, I can't remember his name right now) and the employee that were there when I filled out the paperwork were SUPER friendly and helpful. They even stayed past the office closing time so I could come in to sign paperwork. Would definitely recommend this place to rent from!

Excellent place to store things
Security and climate control appear to be top notch at Boxed Up. Those 2 factors are horrible at most storage facilities. Iâve lost tens of thousands of dollars to theft and water damage before Boxed Up came to my town. I recommend to use Boxed Up right from the start.
