Over all experience was okay but..

Everything was excellent except for the fact that my gate code didn’t work and office was closed for that weekend. Now instead of having 2 weekends to move out I only have 1 so it made it a lot more complicated than it should have. Customer service hotline was not use as they couldn’t help me. Frustrating experience but as soon as Monday came the lady at the storage unit was amazing at helping and got it worked out.

Park indoors to unload, can't beat that!

Very clean facility with plenty of carts available to unload.

Easy to get to, immaculate throughout facility, very secure, very happy with unit.

I do not have much experience with storage units but I cannot imagine a better place for our things. We went on a Saturday, filled out the paper work which probably took less than 10 minutes. Man helping us was extremely friendly and informative. He gave us a tour of the facility and showed us our unit. I could not believe how clean this place was. I even asked him if it was a new facility. They have giant garage doors so you can back a moving truck in and unload right in front of the elevators. They provide carts for you as well as any other moving supplies you need. They have clean bathrooms in the unloading area. I would recommend this place to anyone. Very happy with it.
