Not secure
Do not use them. We moved in and 2 days later were robbed. They sold us a lock for the unit that was broken off. The insurance would not cover our losses of over 3000.00 do to the lock they sold us. They have now taken them off the shelf. All they can say is sorry. They could not seem to get the cameras to work so those were no good. They also told us the locker next to ours was also broken into. We still had to pay for the locker each month but they kept saying not their responsibility and this never happened before. Find somewhere else that is more reliable.

Kind management, clean and large units at great rates!
Management was very helpful assisting us with securing our storage unit, which was especially appreciated since we were arriving to town after a cross-country move. There was a 20x20 unit that fit our needs perfectly, and for a great rate. We felt very welcome by Debbie, who even offered popcorn, cookies, lollipops and water to our children while we unloaded the truck. Speaking of trucks, there was plenty of room to maneuver our 26' Penske moving truck through the facility, and there was a separate truck entrance to help get in/out easliy. We highly recommend Keylock Storage on Middleton!

Easy to get into with a big u haul
Staff was very friendly. They had snacks and water for us. We were also able to borrow their hand cart to get our storage unit loaded. I had a large u haul to empty and having second gate made it a lot easier to get the truck through the gate without possibly doing damage.

We’re relocating and found a great place to store things.
Only a few minutes from our new home, we found a really nice place to store our belongings til our move in date. Debbie was extremely helpful, and during our first visit her courtesy was also shared with other customers. This facility is extremely clean and well monitored by countless cameras. ЁЯША

The BEST customer service, EVER!
We moved from a storage unit in Portland to this one in Nampa. We ran in to crazy construction and traffic and knew we would not make the closing time. Spoke with Debbie and she assured us that she would be there whenever we got there! So incredibly nice and easy to work with and the prices- just amazing!!!

I very much enjoyed the staff at keylock storage. It was a very stressful time for me and they made the process a little easier. The place is clean no bugs :) and I loved how they had free fresh cold water. It was one of the hottest days in Idaho and we ran out of water and they offered with a smile. I've used other storage places in the past, Keylock is by far the cleanest and offers easy access to the units. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. They have plenty of security cameras and I feel my belongings are safe there. They showed us several units by driving us in a golf cart...great customer service! I would highly recommend Keylock Storage!

I haven't really been there long enough to answer a couple of these questions. I'm answering based on first impression/appearance. The one concern I wish storage places would consider is flooding. Whether they have the units sit two inches higher or put some sort of drainage/runoff system within the flooring. That would be an almost-perfect storage facility.
