Price is high but 24hr access is worth it.
Monthly cost is way higher than other facilities where friends rent....and they ate also 24hr facilities. But the place is nice and clean and the staff (so far for who I've met) are friendly. There's also signs everywhere that say "smile youre on camera" and more that threaten fines for this and fines for that. It's a little overboard!! Otherwise the place is good.

Excellent service and prices. Made our move here a breeze.
Couldn't be happier with the service and prices. Very clean facility. Chelsea, at the front desk, was pleasant, helpful and very professional. We moved most of our things with a trailer we purchased and stored in two units, including the trailer, before actually moving here. We got an apartment and found a home within 2 months. We have since sold the trailer and down-sized considerably. Made the move so easy and convenient. Would highly recommend.

This place beats anywhere else in town!
Since we have moved to Keylock from another local storage facility, I couldn't be happier. Better, bigger units for the price, friendlier staff, better security... the list goes on. I'm very pleased with all aspects of this facility.

I was completely awed!
When I called to see if they had any units available, the gentleman went above and beyond to provide me great customer service. Despite the fact the facility was under new ownership and didn't really know about the special I had gotten through a website they honored the deal. They were friendly polite and took care of it.

Better lighting for night traffic would be helpful.
Great customer service and nice, clean facility. Plenty of security cameras creates a safe feeling environment. The only thing I would hope for is better lighting for the nighttime loads. We are moving and because we work during the day, we are hauling loads to the storage at night. Having more strategically-placed lighting so we can see inside of our storage would be amazing!

Check in confusion
I reserve the unit online and when I checked in, they had no record of my reservation. There was construction happening in the office to add to the confusion. The unit was clean and easily assessable. The facility seemed secure with easy in and out access.
