Fast, efficient, clean.
Customer service agent was very friendly and efficient. Signed up online at 10 am, had a confirming call shortly afterwards and after a brief time at the office for the paper signing, I was in the storage unit right after. Unit was clean.

Definitely better options than this place.
From the moment I walked in the lady at the counter just wasn't friendly. The guy I booked the unit with over the phone didn't take all of the information he was supposed to from me and she kept complaining to me about how him not doing his job which I find to be innapropriate business practice. I had a large uhaul with a car attached parked in the entrance and she told me I had to move it and park it in the street even though no one else was there and it wasn't the kind of street you can park on plus she said I couldn't pull into the lot to turn around so I had to back that thing out into the stree. It also turns out my actual unit wasn't at the location I was instructed to go which was a pain. It is very hard to drive around in the area with the storage units and the streets are very small and the turns are difficult to make. Furthermore I ended up paying 150 for a unit that isn't climate controlled and I know other places have ones that are for cheaper even but I was out of time and just had to do it. Even with the first month free special there is still a few pointless charges you have to pay so your free month is more like 50. So in summery my advice is to move on and keep shopping.

Fast, efficient and convenient.
Although there was a slight discrepancy from the on line pricing and actual cost, l was very pleased with my overall rental experience. I received a timely call back after my on line inquiry and was moving in shortly thereafter. The space was clean, secure and easy to access.
