Even if I got lost and went to the rc storage n got lost. The guy was really nice and got me my unit. Like how I got one inside knowing i don't have to worry abt leaks. Thank you

Positive reviews are misleading
When you register-in the facility while they process your paperwork, they ask you to review the facility so they will make a $15 donation to the Red Cross. If I had my phone, I would have done so. This place sucks. The advertised rates are not what you get, the facility is a mess, they do business with the same ethics guinea pigs use. I am currently on hour 53 waiting for a call back to discuss a problem so bad that I pulled my things out of there with 24 paid for days remaining. RUN.

Quick and easy!
I had a a great experience in getting into my unit. The application process was Quick and easy. And I was taken right to my unit to look it over before I rented it! Everyone that helped me did a great job!

When i got there, there was no one in the office. I had to wait 30 minutes for some one to show up. They said they cleaning. I wish there was someone in the office all the time.

Clean and Secure, with great Customer Service
The people in the office were awesome. Helped us out with extra information and showing us where everything was at. When we came back to start filling the garage we noticed that it had been swept clean and left spotless. Will recommend them to others. Great location in Johnston.

Overall a great experience.
The discount was nice and the facility is well kept and clean with friendly fast service. No strings or hidden fees was a huge plus. Gated entry and exit with cameras and interior access units is pretty good security compared to many in the area I looked at. Overall, very pleased.
