Convenient location, good hours

Open earlier, close later than many of their nearby competitor's. Convenient location right off I80. Check in was quick and easy, unit was clean, and looked secure from other units.

Great location, very secure units and friendly staff.

Needed a storage unit last minute and got a response back right away. Was able to get in and out of there with my belongings stored away and paperwork done in under an hour. They were even courteous enough to keep the gate open since they were closing soon when I arrived later in the evening.

good facility but too expensive.

the facility is clean and decent customer care. but it expensive and i have heard there are heated ones cheaper than this. overall i would recommend but its not the best just close.

Wonderful customer service but false advertising considering I paid for a 5ftx15ft unit and unit was only 4 1/2x 15. I made measurements from inside of unit not entryway which was even more narrow. Owner called back with a demeaning pompous attitude. With that experience of paying for more than I received I will never recommend or rerent the Capital city storage. I was so aggravated I payed advertising agency to put my experience on Facebook for the local area and world to see.
