They will steal your deposit.
I signed a contract with them and within 48 hours my buyers financing feel through and so did my house sale. I called up to the storage facility and asked if it was a problem and was told probably not since the contract was just signed and I hadn’t moved in. However I had to wait to speak to the manager. After several phone calls and days passing I was talking to an employee and the manager would not talk to me but told the employee I could not cancel but I could move the date when I need to move. I thought that’s a fair arrangement. Move ahead after they have used my deposit as months rented with an empty space they now want to start auto billing me? This is point where I knew I had been lied to. I called several times and trying to get the manager to talk to you is almost impossible. So I went there. I showed her the online ads about how easy they are to work with. The story went in circles even though I had records of conversations with he employees and her yelling answers in the background. I asked why I couldn’t cancel my contract. She said you could have I’m not sure why we didn’t? Either way I felt they completely lied to me and kept my money even though I thought we had worked out an arrangement that was fair to everyone. Today I went and the credited me back one months rent from my auto pay on any empty unit. Buyer beware I lost about $250.00 to them. I would like to say that some of their employees like Ralph and Liz we courteous and very professional!

Nice but needs better customer service after hours.
Everything was great with the ladies when I went to pay and get my information. They were super sweet. But I couldn’t find my information on my unit after being a single mother and struggled moving my stuff and since it was after hours and no app no number I had to drive all the way back to my moms to get papers out of my vehicle. I called every number possible to try to get help and there was no help. Then I had the hardest time finding my unit. It took me hours to find my unit but 30 minutes to unload to my storage

Great deal from sparefoot
Liz was super helpful and clear with everything. Addressed my concerns about moving between another storage company. I would recommend this place to anyone. The only thing is their elevator took about a minute (full 60 seconds) to close its door every time.

Very nice facility
