Friendly & Professional Service
Person at front office was very professional & friendly. The facility was clean. My only complaint is the area where you access the building (parking is difficult since it seems to be only one way in. You have to turn your vehicle around to exit).

Efficient Registration, Accessible, Clean Facility, and Reasonably Priced.
Online registration was clearly laid out and easy to do. I chose contactless move-in and was able to access everything very easily (emailed directions were clear and employees were available for questions). Move-in was quick and efficient. All my calls were answered before move-in and staff offered me better pricing (when they noticed I had missed a current deal).
I would recommend this facility!

Clean facility with easy highway access
I needed a storage unit, and this was one of the best prices for a climate-controlled unit in the area. Great highway access, easy in and out. Clean, dry facility. Staff called within 10 minutes of online purchase to confirm move-in details. Lock was waiting when I arrived, and they use the more secure cylindrical locking style that are harder to cut/break. Good value.

Nice, new, clean storage space with a few opening hiccups
I arrived for my appointment (with a full car) but was informed that the network was being worked on and that the computers were down so they could not check me in. They said I would have to come back or check-in at another facility. Not happy, I pushed for when it would be available and fortunately, the tech said the network was now available. I was able to get checked-in and was assigned my space. BTW, the only reason I could not check-in online was that if you decline insurance (which was covered by my renter's policy) you are not able to complete the on-line check-in. Obviously, this is meant to sell you more insurance.
Nikki was very nice to deal with but the system assigned me the wrong size space. Fortunately, I checked the space before loading up. She then had to do a transfer to another space. This time the space was the right size but it was locked up. She then had to walk me up to remove the lock and gave me a new one (you are required to use their special locks - which you have to buy).
Except for the check-in hiccups, the space is new, clean and feels safe. The staff (I have met 3 of them) are all friendly and helpful.
