The service was great and process very easy with regards to covid -19 restrictions! Receptionist was very welcoming and insightful at the Hammond Calumet Ave. Facility! She told me she was filling in she usually works at the Hobart Facility! The fact being it felt like Id done this before and experience was so welcoming I didnt even ask for her name because I felt like I already knew it!

Storage seemed smaller than size...
Storage seemed smaller than size offered. They use a clock to tell they are out, but it would be better if they tell at a unit with another customer or out to lunch?????

Friends, professional and curtious customer service.
Public storage has different prices at different locations for the same unit. The best thing to do is go online and reserve a space. They will contact you in a timely matter to see if they will help you. If you cannot decide on the size of the unit they will help you by asking how many rooms you're storing or what you are storing. I have only delt with public storage because of the convient locations and professional staff.
