Smells neutral

The last place I had my things had an odor to it. This place is pretty clean and there are no odors. I am on the third floor and the air conditioning was pumping yesterday. The other place that I had my things claims to be temperature controlled but on the fourth floor it was hot in the summer and freezing cold in the winter. Visit the locations before you rent them. The young lady at this facility has worked there for over a decade which indicates the company is also good to work for, creating a culture within. Remember these are the people watching over the safety of your belongings. She was very kind and pleasant.

Outstanding service

I wish I could remember his name, but I know the gentleman who helped my wife and I was a Navy Veteran. He was super friendly, and made our experience absolutely amazing. 10 out of 10 for him, and I feel bad for not remembering his name

Great experience!

I needed a last minute storage area right before Christmas. I reserved my spot online, went in with four carloads of "stuff", was finished with paperwork in less than 10 minutes, and was loading my unit right afterwards! The unit number and pin number you enter at the elevator is great! It takes you to your floor automatically! The camera system they have set up is better than any video feed I have ever seen for clarity and coverage area! Love this place! Oh and there were plenty of carts to use and the place was spic-n-span clean! Great staff, security, price, and cleanliness! I HIGHLY recommend Uncle Bob's!
