Jean & Staff are the best! Customer Service is truly 5-stars
When you are remote and have to deal with customer service via phone or text or email, you want to have Jean on the other end. I cannot say enough about the white glove treatment we received. Based on our needs she was able to recommend the perfect storage space for us. Prior to arriving (out of state) she contacted us and informed us of all the necessary documents that were required and the fees. Nothing was hidden. She also was willing to work with our schedule as we were delayed in arriving. Her customer service skillset is truly tops. I highly recommend this location.

Patient, Knowledgeable, Quick and Easy Process, with Competitive Pricing
The store manager, Kenya, was such a delight. She was knowledgeable, patient, kind, had overall excellent customer service, and went above and beyond to make sure I was equipped with all the information I needed! Lowest prices in the area for the size unit I needed and they run different specials daily. I was a little apprehensive upon approach of the location, but the lot is well kept, lit, safe and secure! Will definitely recommend!
