I almost went somewhere else because the first representative was a national rep located somewhere else across the country and was not familiar with the location I needed. She was not very helpful at all tbh but Melissa called me back and clarified the situation and earned my business. Thanks again Melissa for going over and beyond to reel me back in because I was gone. Lol

So far so good
Good so far. I cam from Public storage who jacked up the price of a 10x15 by $30 after 3 months from $140 to $170. I hope this doesn't happen with Prime storage. I spoke with the store manager about this. I understand that prices may go up or down but they have to be reasonable. Being greedy doesn't help the business as clients leave and give you a bad review.

Very fairly priced and well-managed facility.
We were looking for some short-term storage while we settle out my father's estate. Kierra was very helpful in getting the paperwork done and offered useful suggestions on the unit size that we would need. The facility is clean and I believe the manager is very conscientious about making sure everyone who rents is aware of what can (and cannot) be stored in a unit for the safety of everyone else's property. The location is easily accessible and conveniently located. Highly recommended.

Would like to see more consumer support
I have used this storage facility since 1994. I would like to see discounts for long-term users, but it seems the price continues to go up. In addition, the added mandatory fee for insurance should not be mandatory.

great home for my belongings
I have been a customer at this facility for over 7 years. even with the change in mgmt to Prime Storage, i have repeatedly had a great experience and i have loved the employees but new and old. They have been very helpful and nice.

Eric is a joy!
I went with your facility after having gone to 4 others. I rented from you because of Erics wonderful personality. I felt like other facilities were trying to pull the wool over my eyes and some even seemed a wee bit shady. I'm pleased I found a place but would have liked to see the walls go all the way up and not a foot plus gap bordering the other two units I abut.
