Why are these good to know?
Office hours indicate when a storage assistant or agent will be available to process your paperwork, answer questions or assign you a storage unit. Gate hours indicate when you will have access to the facility regardless if there is a storage agent present or not.
After the 15th of the month we require the prorated and the next month's full rent.
