They have been two insadents wile I have my things at this vasilatey such as a wattereak and a problem what I had done.The lady called me both times and let me know first thing the mourning it was found very pleased with this storge rental. THANK YOU

Just as expected
Commerce Crossing storage is exactly what I expected! The rental process was super fast and easy, units are affordable, convenient and clean and the staff on duty were very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend!!

Very clean
Your facility is clean, and Crisp. It is the nicest storage units in the area without a doubt. The only thing I do not like is the hidden charges such as mandatory $10 insurance it is added to your bill. And how are you automatically charge for a lock and key without asking the person first.

Excellent customer service team & Clean climate controlled facility
I would like to preface this review by saying how much I had pestered the customer service representatives with questions and confirmation requests and assurance that everything was going to be perfect.
& The team delivered everything we needed with grace. No one was one bit rude at any given time and the moving in was a slide-in. Thank you everyone, especially Camille!
The facility is brand-new, so it is very clean. We did have some qualms over the tight spacing in the hallways, but all worked out. I recommend checking out the place in-person if you have any massive objects to make sure you can maneuver it through the hallway.

Everything but the parking is awesome
This is a brand new facility and it is clean and bright. Staff is friendly and courteous. Unfortunately, I canât give 5 stars due to the parking. Because the parking lot is shared with Outback Steakhouse, you have to park far away from the entrance (at least weekends and nights, when Iâve been able to go to the unit) so youâre going to be rolling your stuff through a bumpy parking lot and trying not to hit Lamborghinis on your way in (literally happened last night!)
