Constantly shifting prices? WTH??
I'm not sure exactly what is going on at this particular location or whether it's company wide. I rented a unit at one price and have been consistently billed much higher. UNACCEPTABLE. My account shows it was set up for the lower price I was quoted but I'm billed $25 higher!?!? I rented a second unit and had the same issues.
The staff is awesome but they can't fix the company's issues and how it does business. It feels VERY SHADY from a company side of things. I signed a contract for the unit, I think they should stand by their pricing.

Great Location!
There should be 2 employees there at all times! If your hours are set 10-6 there is always someone in the office. I meet both the employees, one was nice and informative the other women was just rude!

Fast, easy and cheap except for administrative fee..
Right Move Storage at Ridgmar mall is a breeze to move in and prices are excellent. The only drawback thatâs negative is the administrative fee of $22. It took 5 minutes to pick the location and pay 1st month upfront. So I donât see $22 administration fee being necessary except for greed. Most places give you first months rent free

Stephanie is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, easy to work with.
The only drawback here is that it is challenging to get your loaded cart into the building. The entrance is uneven and bumpy and the parking lot has a steep grade. Not the staffs fault, and the location is perfect.

Lowest cost for a 10x5
Easy online reservation. Easy registration at office. Clean. My locker is a 2-day trip away from the entrance. I had to drop bread crumbs to find my way back. :) It will meet my need.

Perfect facility.
The facility is clean, low priced, right off the freeway and includes free motion detector service to alert you any activity in the unit with no need to download an app for management of this feature. Couldnt ask for anything else from a storage facility.

What drew me to this place was the low prices
It was all good the first couple of months .I started out at 35.The price was great that's why I didnt mind it being so far away.But it hasn't even been 1 year and I am now at 73 per month.I went from 54 to 73 in 1 month.The place is nice and I don't have a problem with the staff.They are great.But I'm not at all happy with the way the prices have constantly jumped up.So If I'm paying that much I'll have to move somewhere here closer in Azle.I was only using Right Move for the price if they are just as expensive as the ones out here then I'd rather not drive so far.

Who would ever thought
We was looking for an enclosed climate control storage nearby our new home and just happened to see this storage place while out shopping. Literally it was in the mall where was was getting some home goods decor. The property manager was very nice and answered all our endless questions and never pushed us to rent from her company but we did because of her hospitality and reassurance that we could shop around before deciding. We will be telling everyone about this place.

Great Price for great units.
The facility was great. I timed my drop off poorly I guess. The only attendant was at lunch so I had to wait there for an hour to get my unit set up. Don't buy another lock for it, they make you buy one of theirs.

Beautiful, clean facility
WOW! So simple and easy! The staff was tremendously helpful. The facility is the old Macy's at Ridgmar mall and spotlessly clean. I was apprehensive but they put all my concerns to rest immediately. Obviously THE BEST in FOrt Worth!
