Best service in 30 years

I am in the service industry for a fortune 500 company in the USA. I have never had the level of service received last Wednesday. After driving 10 plus hours.(moving 4 stares over). I was perplexed as to how I could find a unit. Within the window of all the driving and stress, this company made all types of accommodations to ensure I would have space that day and have a clean unit. Upon arrival at the facility Ms. Barbara, wait until I arrived to ensure I could get in the facility before they closed at 6 pm(she checked me in and had the unit cleaned, and had me sign sign the necessary paperwork) arrived at 5:47pm. I can't stress enough the attention the detail this company provides. I would recommend this company to ANYONE.

The service was excellent and the units are pristine!

The staff was extremely helpful and kind, they made me feel very comfortable leaving my belongings in a unit with LifeStorage. The units themselves were very clean and kept cool. I trust in this company to keep my belongings save and I admire how well organized this business is.

The man who helped us had knowledge of the unit by numbers we were walking all over, and when I requested the truck it wasn't available ,twice . However both times I went to my unit the truck was there. Very unhappy
