Lazy and rude

I needed a storage unit and made a reservation. They closed at 6pm. I called at 525 pm and told them I would be there in 5 min. When I arrive there are two woman behind the desk, one customer at the counter and the door is locked! They either were too lazy to help me or didn’t want me to get one month free by starting my month to month on the first! Either way, if you are locking the door at 530 then say that is what time you close! She said it takes 45 min for the whole process. Maybe someone who just walked in but I had a reservation. It’s a storage unit, I’m not signing a mortgage. Show me the unit quick, because you have to, and I’ll sign. Every single time, for the rest of my life, anyone every mentions anything about needing storage, I will make sure to tell them to avoid DEVON SELF STORAGE for sure!

I like the location because it is close to where I am staying and the price is decent and it is clean. The girl in the office was very polite and friendly.
