Hurricane Ian!

My previous storage unit was flooded during Hurricane Ian so I had to quickly find another storage facility. I liked being able to check availability and reserve, complete paperwork, and pay all online. I set up automatic monthly payments online so it's pretty worry free. I am paying more for a smaller unit than I did at my previous facility, but their prices are comparable to most other storage facilities in the area.

I was under pressure, stressed, and with little time to spare. The office called immediately after booking online, was helpful, super cool friendly, and professional. Ran the drill on access and locks etc, and never missed a beat on information, without rattling my ear with upsells, or time wasted. So incredibly compassionate to my unique situation, it was effortless and easy and all because the customer service was positive, happy, and compassionate without going over the top. In fact, it may have been the authenticity of the representative, and the organic natural way she went about doing business that made it an amazing, if not refreshing customer service experience. She wasn't scripted- she was authentic. WE NEED MORE LIKE THIS IN THE WORLD!!

Easiest experience, great customer service

The website was very easy to reserve a storage unit (we reserved and inside climate controlled unit) and had a very quick follow-up by the store manager to make sure we understood the requirement, price, and process of renting a storage unit. She did mention that the units are on a first come-first served basis, so the reservation does not guarantee a specific unit. Once we arrived, she was very helpful and got us into the unit in less than 15 minutes. Good location, good access to the storage units, clean facility.

POOR MGMT

Notice the dates of these reviews. The good ones are very old. I rented a unit here last year and was very satisfied so I rented again this summer. The new mgr, Donna, has the worst possible attitude and demeanor of any property mgr I have ever encountered. They have been thru several of these managers over the last year. The a/c units are not cold, the same roaches are in the same places every time I go there, the same note is on the door saying they'll brb. I tried to make a pmt online for 10 days and no one there would return my call. finally, when I confronted Donna, she was extremely rude and informed me that her mgr, Tony Faircloth, did not have time to talk to me and had no intention of returning my calls or waiving any late fees! I never asked for any fees to be waived!!! She was so rude, I still can't believe it. She has no business in the service industry and I will not be renting there again even tho it is the cheapest. you get what you pay for! It's hot, dirty, inconvenient, and very unpleasant to deal with these people. I am moving out this month, my 2nd month, b/c my money is valuable and i'm not going to give it to these people. by the way, the turnover here is fast so hopefully Donna and Tony will be gone by the time you need to rent a space. Good luck!

People treat you with kindness and respect here. Basic security. Cooling storage recommended as my stuff is still fresh. Daughter stored in the out-side unit and within a couple month mold started to form on things, had to switch units.
