False Advertisement

Website doesn't provide accurate information on units availability and pricing. I call the 800 # to speak to rep it takes 20 mins after receiving all my info to tell me the units that are listed are all not available (7 of there units listed are not available ) Unprofessional. My advice to the company- Update your website to provide accurate information and a seamless transaction for your customers.

What A Wonderful day!

Having collapsed with a seizure,being in a coma for 2 days, and having been released from the hospital after 9 days, I had to find a quality, clean, secure and affordable place to store any excess items on my bedroom. My suite was now to be converted into an at-home rehab quarters. What a predicament! And, trying to find a place open and available on a "Sunday ". To my rescue come the Three Musketeers: Miguel, O'Neal and Ronald! Within a short period of time from my arrival, an appropriate sized unit was shown, inspected and decided upon. Contract was drawn up, items placed in storage, and my problem was resolved. The Three Musketeers really jumped into action!! I am so grateful for their help in solving this predicament. Additionally, Muskateer Miguel, gifted me with a Drive seated power walker with all kinds of bells and whistles! How kind, generous and definitely timely. Very grateful and impressed. God Bless you!

Everyone is incredibly nice and clean.

I made a parking space reservation 2 weeks in advance. When I walked in I was helped immediately and very nicely. They were incredibly friendly and answered all of my questions about the rental and Miami.
