Great customer service
I canât remember the womanâs name who took care of me but she was new. Amazing customer service! Although she has to call her managers and they didnât respond rapidly causing a great delay in my access of the storage unit because she was not aware of the door code. Wasnât her fault. I was definitely kind to her. Iâm sure it was stressful not getting a response while she was doing her best to provide great customer service. She needs recognition for that!

Easy move in!
Amanda in the office was very sweet and helpful, the process was simple and she had someone show me how to enter the codes and walk me to the unit. The facility is clean and safe.

The whole process was quick and easy!
This was my first time renting a storage unit and the staff made it very easy! Amanda was so helpful and nice. She had another manager personally show me the two keypads and how to use them. He gave me a handy cart to transfer my items.
