Other than the time it took in the office so far I ok
I was told that I couldn't rent the unit until I had a lock. I told them that I would have a lock before moving my things into the storage but wasn't allowed to complete it so I ended up leaving to go purchase a lock

Making me fill out the paperwork online then again in the facility is redundant and a waster of my time. However, the lady at the counter was great. Additionally, I went to drop off some things at night and there was someone sleeping in their unit.

Customer service was very polite fast and friendly.
I love the 24 hour access, the units are clean the grounds are pleasant to look at. I feel really secure spring my personal items there. I will recommend Atlantic Storage to all my friends and family.

Staff is not friendly
Overall its a very good place. It was clean and quiet I didn't see nothing that was out of the ordinary. But the lady that did my move in was not very pleasant. Maybe it was because she had to work on a holiday and she wanted to be off but she was not happy.
