Of course moving is stressful for anyone, but getting the unit was so easy and fast. Melissa was AMAZING ! She was super friendly, explained all I needed to know, and answered all my questions even though she was on lunch.

simply easy storage
I was in need of storage this day and Edith at front desk happily stopped her computer work and showed me various units I had interest in renting. I was happy we secured a spot and I eagerly started filling it up that day. I shopped the best rate and size on the web and with her help in details of my new process,I was registered and given a gate pass for access. Thank you for making time helping me find a unit to accommodate my items.

Nice People, Unsettling
I don't enjoy leaving bad reviews but this unfortunately is one.
My parking space to store my car was half covered in leaves. Not a huge deal. The people at the counters were very nice. The general area and surroundings seem nice.
I was told in person, that "my account was closed" and I had "nothing to worry about." We even called and double checked. I felt confident.
Acouple weeks go by, we get charged. I go online to my account, file a request to vacate. Okay, I wasn't aware of this. Thought my "account was closed." No email confirmation. File the request again, says I've already done it. End up calling again, said he would "talk to corporate", it's been well over a week. I have no idea if my account is closed and now it has become one of those priorities that shouldn't have existed. This process has been convoluted and confusing.

Fantastic customer service in a clean & secure location.

Honestly I have nothing to say except this place is great.
I like the fact that you actually get a month free. This place is way better than public storage and cheaper than uhaul. No hidden fees no extra nonsense.

Boat parking spot
The reserved spot (for boat parking) would not accommodate our boat since the trailer in the spot next to it took up over a foot of the reserved spot. Without any other available spots, Jennifer was able to contact another rental and switch spots that would accommodate both of us. Jennifer did a great job in resolving the problem.

Smooth Sailing...
I called the 800 number looking for directions on my way to the place. They called the storage office and they promptly called me back. The lady was very patient and pleasant on the phone. When I arrived I explained to her that I was running out of time with the movers and she opened the unit quickly for them to not waste time on my clock. She proceeded to do the paperwork and we were out of there with time to spare. She was very helpful, patient, professional, polite, and friendly at the same time. I'm getting my second unit there for sure. Very pleased!
