Terrible Hours
On a Monday evening, after driving for an hour in traffic to this Federal Way StorQuest location, I arrive at 7pm to find that the entire facility is closed. There was no email sent to notify me of this change. In fact, they reduced their hours by 40%. They used to be open from 6am to 9pm, then changed to 9am to 6pm. I work from 9-6. How am I supposed to access my unit? And before the change of hours, there was no staff here from 6pm-9pm anyways. Why reduce the access hours?! Additionally, Iâve shown up other times and all the carts are missing when I have a bunch of heavy stuff to move.

Great storage, great location best customer service
Kathy and Mike has been very helpfull explaining everything to me. I love the clean brand new storage with installed sprinkling system n convenient in/out loading n unloading safety door and elevator is a plus!

Clean and secure.
It's nice that all the spaces are climate controlled. Best part is the building is recent new construction, meaning everything is clean and shiny and doesn't have that look/smell that storage lockers can aquire after years of other people storing their property there.

Clean facility, professional staff, and the best pricing around.
I promise I don't work for this company, I just really don't see any downside to this facility. It had the cheapest pricing for miles and miles around (seriously, I looked as far as Enumclaw) no contract required (just month to month) and the facility and staff are amazing. I'd say "Give them a chance!", but they're not going to have any issues filling this place up once people catch on to how nice of a place and how good of a deal this is. Don't miss out, snatch up one of the spaces here while there's still time.
