Easy and Fast!
The units are super clean. The staff is super friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the elevator situation. Would be nice to have the ability to lock the door open as you load.

Five star Storage
This place is very large and very clean. When I arrived the lady was very helpful and I got in and out really quick and my lock was even free. When I saw my storage I was Iâm very impressed because it was very large larger than what I expected. Even the people who rent the storages are very nice. Just when you think that you donât have a way to move your boxes or carry your furniture up they have cards and dollies for you to use. It canât get any better than that

Exceptional from beginning to end
I have been with storsge chiice for a year now and have been received exceptional service from the friendly, helpful and courteous staff. The extreme care and cleanliness of the facilities. The level of security and safety of the complex from the moment you pull in till the moment you leave. I tell people all the time I feel safer at my storage than anywhere else and that is something I never thought I would be saying. I dont have one single negative thing to say about this place. Well done guys you should be quite proud of your workplace bc together you run it like a fine tuned machine.

Great facility, great staff
I scheduled to go in and look at a unit I reserved by phone and was pleasantly pleased by the service as well as the cleanliness and secureness of the building. I've always been skeptical about storage facilities as far as safety, but I felt really safe the few times I've put things in my unit. Also the manager, Mr. Cox, was very nice and informative.

New clean and perfectly located
It's right in between downtown and deep ellum the units are clean. The parking is tight but the elevator goes right to the parking lot. There is chicken wire on top of the units so you can't stack past a certain point but other than that it's a very convenient storage unit
