I reserved a space at public storage...

I reserved a space at public storage for my move, at the last moment I found out that I no longer needed the space on the day I was supposed to move in to it. Public storage refused to refund my money, the storage was half off the 1st month, admin fee. Plus public storage is always tooooo high!!!!!!! And the fee climbs higher every year.....

Fast service, very friendly staff....The only issue I have is the gate does not open @ 6a.m. how the sign that's posted outside on the the gates say so,waited over an hour & a half to be able to get in.

(8939 East RL Thornton Fwy) Tammy, property manager at the time was very knowledgable on the size unit I needed.She also pursueded me to purchase a mattress cover which I thought was a wonderful idea. Her customer service skills were on point from the time I walked in till I left. I was very impressed. She even watched my son while I went out to the car for my drivers licence. Very smart lady.Easy!! Perfect visit!! I would indeed recommend this location to family and friends.Thank you Public Storage for a wonderful experience ;)

More than satisfied

This is my third time using public storage since 2000. I trust them with my belongings. The Public storage on I-30 across from Walmart in Mesquite/Dallas the manager there is awesome and the property is clean. All the public storage managers have been nice and professional even when I was a little late paying; however, Pamela stands out and will try to accommodate you. Give her a call.
