I have been a customer for five years now and I must say Eileen is the best. She is very informative and genuine. Everytime I come in she always greats me with a smile and asks how my family is. Service was excellent! Eileen at the front desk went way above and beyond to help in a very stressful situation and made what was a tough situation into a painless, much easier thing to handle. Eileen is the best! I wish every place that I did business with had someone like her! Storage unit is great. I fit all of my bulky furniture into it and the price was great as Eileen was able to find a promotional price for me. This is the best storage facility in East Haven, Branford, or Guilford.

Public Storage Experience
Went to Public Storage to rent a unit, Renee was very pleasant and helpful . She explained all the do's and don'ts and showed me the unit that I asked for. I surly would recommend Branford Public Storage.
