Helpful when I needed it most
Due to having to move quickly, I needed additional storage space. Prime was so very helpful when I called for information and the rates were better than most! I appreciated their willingness to help me through this time. Very happy and helpful customer service every time I called or stopped in at location!

Very easy process so far!
I am storing an RV here and once I found the office, it has been a good experience. (On an iPhone, Google takes you to the entry gate, not the office of the address to register & check-in. Call ahead for good directions.

Cannot say enough about this facility ð the on site manager and staff are super. They are kind, thoughtful and go the extra mile to be sure you get the right unit for your needs. The units are spotless, as are the grounds. Security is first rate, as is the accessibility of your unit. Including 24 hours if needed. Would highly recommend using this service.
