They were easy to work with, and the unit was nice.
I had to call and ask a couple of questions, and the staff was very patient with me. Paying for the unit was easy, and the price was not bad at all! It was close enough to campus that I could make multiple trips, and I like that they had a 5x5 option. The unit was clean and there were not any creepy spider webs along the door.

Good for what it is; a cement box!
They neglect their road way. There are too many pot holes (at least when I was there). Be careful pulling into the place too, big ones! I wish is wasn't such a minefield!
The office workers were friendly and did their job.

Theft- Don't store anything of value her
All my wife and I furniture were stolen and the manager knew. She found our locker empty with no lock on it a month ago and when confronted as to why she did not call us to ask us if we moved our things and just left some very large pictures for them to keep (dah) she just said she forgot. The police stated this place is not safe and thefts watch people unload to see what they want to steal. The police also stated that the cameras they have do not work. Be warned!

Great Customer Service
Waiting to the last minute to find summer storage worked in our favor. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and the prices were very fair. Would definitely rent again.

The staff was very courteous and friendly. I was a little surprised at the extra $10 per month and the one time $20 administrative fee, but in all honesty, you're going to get that anywhere you go... it's just how things work nowadays. Nice clean grounds and unit, no real complaints.

I truely disagree with thay guy Ive been storing here for about 6months. that manager they had around Xmas time was Rude and Lazy, eveytime I came in he was smoking outside the front door or sitting down at the computer, Ive seen the Manager all the time outside cleaning, showing units doing her job I've referred 4 people to this facility one for the CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BEST RATES in town always someone trying to be negative to a situation. I don't believe anything that guy has to say. Thank you good Day

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
I walked into the and stood for about 5 min. there were two girls, one was on her cell phone and the other paid me no mind! The girl hung her phone up and said "Do you want something?" I would never rent from this place!! I rented a unit here for a while back in January 2011 and the manager was very professional!! He was very helpful and I was looking forward to working with him again. They lost a wonderful manager and replaced him with two poor managers!!
