It's really nice and everybody seems super nice and I like that they have alarm on every unit and you have to enter code to get in to turn alarm off and when u leave to set alarm.

Very Easy and Painless Process
The manager Kristie was very friendly and made the entire experience easy! Iâve rented a unit before with another company in a different city and it was a completely different feeling. You can tell Kristie cares and is very knowledgeable. Everything was well maintained and it was great getting the lock included in the price!

Excellent place!
It was awesome! From the time I secured the reservation on line until I locked my storage door it couldnât have been easier. Their website was super easy, the paper work was super easy and fast and the manager was so helpful. I have rented a few storages in town before and this was by far the easiest one yet. I chose Pioneer Self Storage because I had called the other 2 storage facilities that I had previously stored with. One didnât have anything available and the second one was quite rude to me over the phone. I forget the managers name but she went above and beyond in helping me by directing me where to go to rent a Uhaul. Iâd recommend Pioneer to anyone! And almost offer to pay the rent for them if they felt they were treated differently!
The free lock was a bonus!!!
