Not suitable if you need to take things out once in a while
I don't recommend this place. I hired movers to help me move in. I called twice ahead to confirm that I can go over in business hours anytime. When we arrived, it was about 11am and there was no one there to help me sign the contract. We waited for at least 1 hour til someone finally showed up. I also go once in a while to take something out from the unit. There were at least twice I visited during the business hours but mu unit was locked. Again, no one answered phone calls, and no one was onsite during business hours to help me out. I received a voice mail reply after 3 days asked me to call back. When I called, no one answered again. They also raised the rate fast. My unit was 89.25 and they raised the rate to 104 by sending me a notification by a mail.

Friendly and helpful service
The staff their are very friendly and helpful. They explained the process of how to enter and exit the unit, the parking, fees etc. I would highly recommend this place. Plus with all of the cameras everywhere I feel as if my property is safely secured.

i was worried

Surprise fees and rules
Read your contract! Tried to increase reserves price by 10, but I caught that. Then had a required insurance (bring your own right then or buy their $9/month policy). They’ll charge you if you set off an alarm- which you won’t realize you’ll do until you read your contract entirely. And then though their contract says you can leave 30 mins after the storage units close for no fee, mine was considered a “late exit” 20 mins after. Still have yet to see if that will be an extra fee. They want your money so be aware of what you’re agreeing to. The facility is nice though.
