Wasted 30 min of my time to unload to assigned storage
I was directed to F4 to inspect my 10x15 storage and upon checking in at the office was assigned to F13. I went to F13 and door was jammed due to a bent lock. It took another 30 min for a technician to be sent over to inspect it. I then told the technician that F4 was available he then called the office to reassign me to F4. Just wondering why???? and wasted 30 min of my time!!!!

Excellent customer service & cost efficient
Called for a price around the area and this was the most reasonable for my budget. Walked in to the front office and was greeted immediately by JB. He took me in a golf cart to show me the unit. It was clean, no smell, perfect to my liking and for my need of storage. Returned to the office to sign paper work, and that was it! We had our storage unit! JB also assisted a couple of customers while assisting me. He was professional and courteous to everyone that entered the front office. Customer Service is huge and all I can say is that JB is a elite staff member when it comes to Customer Service! I will highly recommend this facility and JB!

Captains storage has plenty of three month discounts,, which is what I needed. I did not have to sign up for a long term rental and was very pleased with the service and the time it took to get in and out. Great Deal, kind people and no long term commitment.
