WATCH OUT! My reservation was 'mysteriously' cancelled without apology!
I made a reservation for April 25th, 2022 and when I called to confirm, the manager, Cameron, told me my reservation had been cancelled and my spot given to someone else! What??? According to Cameron, reservations are routinely given to walk-in customers and they don't let you know until you show up and find out your reservation has been cancelled! Avoid this place like the plague!

Spot I parked my trailer is very uneven
It is going to be extremely hard to get my trailer back on my car due to the very uneven ground. And looks like it will be muddy. But the young man that did all my paperwork was super nice.

I needed to find a location closer and a descent price for our 22 ft trailer. Found this with a paved parking spot and pull threw so I didn't have to back it in between two spots and it's gated.

As soon as I pulled up, I felt that my belongings would be safe
I reserved my 8x16 storage unit through SpareFoot. They had answers to all of my questions about the storage facility. I went to ContainIt and met with Kevin in the office. He was really nice and very helpful. My storage unit was rather large, so instead of one large door, it had two wider than average doors. We were able to fit our top loading Washer and Dryer through the doorway with no problem. The doorway is a few inches above ground, which is great if we get rain, but bad if you forget to bring your hand truck like we did. I helped my husband lift some of our heavier items over that few inches. A flat mover's dolly would be perfect, and we forgot that too. (Long day) Also, we drove in with a 20' U-Haul truck, it was a little tight on the turns into the facility but we got it in and out of the facility with no damages to anything. Great value, highly recommended!
