A bit small
No friction - the person (Christina) who works in Napa is wonderful. My only issue is that my 5' X 10' seems small. I have 4 feet wide bookshelves, and there are only 5 inches left on the side (yes, I measured). Is this the OUTSIDE measurement? Seems a bit unethical to me, as obviously someone storing their belongings doesn't care about the outside dimensions - just the inside. However, unit is clean and Christina is very professional and friendly.
