Grateful for their flexibility!
After packing a 15 foot U-Haul truck, I realize that the storage locker I reserved, a 5 x 10, was going to be too small. I called the store manager and requested an upgrade to a 10 x 10 outside and they accommodated me. I am so grateful for all their help! The one thing that has not yet been resolved is my code did not work upon exit. Thankfully, there was another renter who was leaving at the same time and allowed us to use her code to get out. I will be going by today to get the code fixed.

Good customer service make a HUGE difference.
I went to Cube Smart after going to a storage unit facility closer to my home. The initial facility I went to had horrible customer service so I decided to pursue another facility despite the convenience that having a place closer to home would have provided.
The attendants at Cube Smart were exceptional, friendly, and double checked to identify an available unit after their initial check did not identify a unit in the size that I was looking for. The second search identified a unit for me. Their customer service made a world of a difference.

Just what I needed!
Made my reservation on Friday for a move-in on Saturday. Got to the property at 4:30pm and was done with paperwork and moving in within 30 minutes and that was with waiting for the older gentleman in front of me to finish up. Quick and efficient.

Our family is combining and we have too much stuff with all our stuff combined.
We are very happy with the service from start to finishâ. We reserved our unit at 4:00AM online (by the self serve website). We moved our stuff in the same day. Pass code is very easy to remember. Hours are convenient.
