It was confusing the storage unit staff wanted me to complete a process online with Spare Foot but no where in the email communication was there a spot for the process. I showed the email confirmation with price and the continued the process. Overall the storage unit staff was helpful and polite.

Superior Service Clean facilty
Out of this world customer service from Travis! Clean storage units, easy to access from the freeway or town. Ultra competitive prices. Drive up units and reserving my unit was simple on line. Travis answered all my questions, patiently went over the gate and unit process with me a few times and Travis followed up with me the next day to ensure I was able to use my unit and was satisfied with the facility.

Easy to access
With the new system they installed, its easy to enter through the gate and open your storage. Using an app on your phone you simply get close to the drive-through gate and it opens. Once you get near your storage door it will unlock and roll up. Their price was the best around.

Slow but friendly service.
We reserved a 30 ft spot for our Travel Trailer that is 28 ft long. They told me the lot number but only gave me a map when I asked for one. Got to location and the spot was in between two Trailers that looked abondoned and right next to a fence. There were several open spots around the corner that would have been much easier to park in. We wish they would have offered a better spot even if it cost more. Office staff left while we miraculously got the Trailer into the spot.

Over-all good experience
We had some hiccups getting the paperwork completed, but computer issues are not your fault. Overall experience was good. Only negative, would be there are several open spaces for trailers/Rvs. I had to squeeze in between an existing RV and another Vehicle. Very hard to parallel park a trailer between anything especially with 5' between.

Nice units, close to town
The employee was professional, curtious and informed. We made an initial reservation through a third party and then had to give similar info in person...I would suggest going straight to the facility and work with them. Paperwork took about 13 minutes.
