The facility is the cleanest self-storage I’ve ever seen. The location is perfect for anyone in Laguna Niguel and the surrounding areas. Brent at the front desk was excellent! He was thorough, helpful and personable. Will definitely them recommend to others!

Friendly staff but facility could provide carts, dollies, etc.

This was my first experience with your company. The price was fair, the facility clean and the customer service helpful. However, two things that made it very difficult to use the unit were the fact that no dollies or hand trucks were available to move my items and the door closest to my unit was being repaired. I had some heavy items so it was very difficult to move them in by myself.

Clickbait Storage

I specifically searched for a climate controlled storage unit and paid extra for it when I was shown the unit it was clearly climate controlled after moving in that was not the case When I attempted to retrieve items I needed him to organize my unit it was unbearably hot and had to leave so I wouldn’t pass out I tried different times of the day and night didn’t matter it was not climate controlled When I attempted to get the problem solved with the manager he refused to give me a phone number for customer service and said sorry there’s nothing we can do very unprofessional I would not recommend this facility at all!

Both Matthew and Eric were amazing. I had dealt with other companies before finding them and were told one thing by the sales rep, then once transfered to the actual manager at the locations, was told something totally different.
