Storage Unit was very clean ant temp controler
Smart Storage took my reservation on line. They followed up with a conformation. Stopped by to sign papers,they showed me the unit and we put a lock on it. The price was good and they offered a 1st months rent and everyone was helpful.

Brandy is amazing!
We moved my mom and Brandy made this the most stress free experience Iâve ever had! I even had to get a second unit and she came through to make my day go so easy. She was extremely knowledgeable and positive, friendly and helped bring a smile to our day. Even training a new staff member during all this too! If I could give her 100 stars I would! You got the best right there! Thank you Brandy, youâre incredible! A rockstar!

Great storage fast friendly and clean

Very clean facility with friendly staff.
I have rented many storage facilities in the past and this facility was the most user friendly facility I have ever rented from. From starting online with a reservation all the way through unloading my belongings in my rental unit, the staff was amazingly helpful and very friendly, they made me feel as I was part of the family. A well run storage from what I can see in the short time Iâve been there
Everyone of the employees was very friendly and helpful. We were shown the 5 x 5 storage, but opted for the 5 x 10
The manager came out in person when we had a problem opening the shutterâ¦we didnât understand the mechanics of the lockâ¦.and even swept the place again to make sure it was spotless.
I will definitely recommend it to my friends.

Excellent pricing
Customer service was amazing, although Tony seemed to be overworked because he charged me for a lock, which I told him I had, and I paid for my move in the day before my move in date, and their lock was still in my storage the day I moved in and I was kissed because I had to rent NY rental truck one more day, which I feel they should pay for
