Poor customer service, don't expect your refund of deposit

I rented a unit never used it , left it as clean actually cleaner than it was when I rented it. I have been waiting on my deposit refund, calling getting no answer, texting with no reply, emailing with no response ! I am about to get a lawyer involved ! Customer service stinks
