Bryan was very helpful in making sure that I had a moving cart! Extremely clean. My only complaint is that you are forced to buy insurance on the unit, and there is a 24 dollar admin fee. Neither of these additional payments were specified before moving in. Other than that I would recommend this place.

Helpful staff, reasonably clean
Rented a drive-up outdoor unit. It was a little dirty around the edges but I guess that's to be expected. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I only have 2 issues with my experience. 1 - I only needed a unit for one month while I was between apartment leases. The only option was to call and cancel 10 days before otherwise I'd be charged for another month. I couldn't just pay for my time up front. 2 - the outdoor units are not lit very well and have no lights inside them. For lack of a better word, it's creepy at night. It seems reasonably secure but I still couldn't see what I was doing.

Good value, friendly service
The people here are friendly and helpful and service was relatively quick. They explained their policies thoroughly. I do wish the price was prorated for leaving before the end of the month. Ideally, I would like to go mid-month to mid-month to give us time to close on the house on the 1st and then move our stuff over the next few days. Also, they really need to get the security gate fixed. Anyone can drive in there. But the unit was clean and it is inexpensive.

I am renting a 10 x 15. I needed it sooner than expected and it was no problem. Michael also reserved a 5 x 5 for me because I wasn't sure if I would need more space. It was cheaper to do it that way than get a 10 x 20. He held the 5 x 5 for me and I didn't end up needing it, and it was no problem.

I arrived at Simply Self Storage with my lock, ID, and moving van, and after 10 to 15 minutes of paperwork I was able to proceed to the locker. The service was friendly, the lease seemed very standard, and they explained their insurance coverage well. Everything about the unit was as described, you must bring your own lock and insure your items. There is a punch code-controlled gate to access the storage areas, and you are given your own individual code during move in. The unit was somewhat dusty but it was not unreasonably so, depending on what you're storing you might wish to bring pallets or at least a covering for their floor. I did not pay extra for 24-hour access, but can still access my unit anytime between 6am and 10pm, which is just fine for my purposes.

Great place for temporary storage!
I really enjoyed my time with SS storage. The only issue was this awful flame retardant that was in my outdoor unit. It was leaking from the ceiling and had covered all of my items with a layer of foam/dust. It was pretty gross and not fun to clean off of everything. The indoor unit was just fine! Customer service is perfect! They were always super friendly and helpful. I always felt taken care of, and like my belongings were safe with them.

The person I worked with when registering for a storage space was so kind, patient, and well informed. I love that you have to enter a code to get past the gates. It makes me feel more at ease about leaving my belongings in the storage. I feel like the units themselves are well reinforced. The pricing is the best around. I also like that I can pay my rent over the phone or internet.

make certain you can actually enter
I rented a unit and the door to get inside to the building has a rusted latch making it extremely difficult to enter on the side where my unit was located. My husband and I ended up having to carry all our stuff to the unit using the door at the other end of the building. In addition to this the lighting was extremely poor so I could barely see. On the bright side, the gentlemen who manages the place is very helpful. Super nice person. I could not ask for a better contact for this facility.

Terrific Service, Clean Unit
Due to an unexpected family housing transition, we were in immediate need of a storage unit. The rental process was flawless from the first phone call to the face-to-face interaction with the property manager to the selection of a storage unit to the signing of the rental agreement. The property is easily accessible, has a secure entry, the unit was very clean, and the customer service has been excellent! Having such a positive experience during an otherwise stressful time is very much appreciated.

Our reservation wasn't quite what I was looking for. I wanted and needed a climate controlled unit due to the types of items we needed store. The two staff on duty the day I was there was most helpful and assisting me to find another unit at one of their other facilities. Good customer service and pleasant to deal with!

Found my unit using SpareFoot
I used SpareFoot to find an inexpensive but good storage facility. Simply Self Storage was reasonable, clean, secure, and I was comfortable to store my items with their units. I never would have found Simply Self Storage on Jackson Rd without SpareFoot's help.

The facilities we not what we had paid for, the lights worked for 1 month then stopped. We were charged late fees for bills postmarked after the due date. It took multiple phone calls to the manager before he returned our call. The district manager promised a return call in 24 hours, after 1 week, I had to call he again.
