Outstanding Service and Value!
I moved to Life Storage because the facility I had been using kept dramatically raising their monthly prices. I couldnât be happier with my change in facilities. Life Storage is cleaner, newer, and climate controlled. And manager Pedro could not have been nicer. Thanks Pedro!

On The Move With Leftovers
The facilities are clean and very well maintained. However a few suggestions would be to have the ability to keep the door open when moving in. It was very frustrating to have to key in your number every time we needed to enter the building while moving. Another suggestion would be to have a mix of carts to include those that you can stand mirrors and tables. There is also a bump in the floor where the sliding door is that makes it very difficult for the cart to go over smoothly. These are just suggestions. The customer services is outstanding and the pricing and facilities are great. Thanks

super clean climate control storage
Alfanso was super helpful. this is my first time using a self-storage. moving stuff in is easy from my trailer to the elevator and to the storage room.

Place was clean, staff friendly, easy 24 hr access. Also received a new lock opened out of the package in front of me and given all the keys. Very pleased with this facility and website

DO NOT STORE ITEMS HERE.
Terrible customer service. They entice you to store items here, knowing that it it is not and will not be climate controlled. When you complain that you are paying for climate controlled, but not getting it, they lie to you and say itâs been fixed. You visit the location and it has not been fixed. No one at Corporate Headquarters addresses concerns. I will be suing.

Employee Deserves Better
The person at the front desk was awesome, in fact he's so awesome he deserves a better job. Poor guy is the only one working there and whoever was supposed to measure the sizes of each unit, didn't. So none of the units match to the correct size labeled. He had to lock up the office and check what was actually available for every customer. The facility was clean and the price was awesome

Iâm sure this facility will go up in price as they grow their customer base but right now this is possibly the nicest storage facility in Northern Virginia with the absolute best rates.
