Lonnie, the onsite manager, had exceptional customer service. Upon arriving I was shown my unit and quickly realized I needed bigger. He was quick on his feet to set up the upgrade. Great Facillities run by a super friendly couple. It only loses a star for not being temp controlled and a lack of 24 hour access, but I only needed a small space to store some stuff while ai’m in transition and this place fit me perfectly.

Very friendly and helpful manager couple. They live on site and allowed me to work late filling my new store room. They lent me a temporary lock while I went to buy my own for my partially filled storage locker. They also allowed me (on a one-time basis) to work late - 2 hours after normal closing - to build & install shelving units. I was leaving the next day for the East Coast. This was in contrast to nearby Extra Space storage, where the manager said they didn't have the authority to let anyone stay after closing time.

Friendly but a little disorganized

To be fair I came in 15 min till close. I was told a certain deal on the phone with space storage. When I got there they hadn't applied it and I noticed it I pointed it out. The person dealing with us gave me a face and asked for the owner to approve the discount. The owner agreed though. So I will just say be aware when they give you the total that any promotions promised to you were applied. I also felt rushed doing the paperwork but again I did show up 15 min before close so keep that in mind. Overall a good experience though.

Although making connections on-line was challenging the actual desk person at the facility was extremely helpful. When forms needed to be completed he made the process simple. When touring the facility , he noticed that the light in the hallway next to our unit was out but when I came back to drop stuff off, it had already been fixed just as he had assured me.

Move in day proved challenging, I was behind schedule all day. The sweet couple behind the desk were so accommodating and allowed me to fill out the lease agreement 15 minutes after the office closed and were SO very nice the entire time. Great people!

It is extremely hard to get furniture into our unit because the entry way is very small and narrow. Also around a corner. There was jelly stains on the floor.
