Was told free truck to use / no truck

The only problem was I was told I had use of a truck for free the first 25 miles. Got to storage and they no longer had the truck. Very inconvenient I really needed the truck and that was the main reason I took that storage. So I had to make 5 trips in my car instant of 1 like I was told. The people who answer the calls and the actual storage are not communicating

1. Nicest, friendliest staff anywhere 2. Brightly lit inside & out, so safe night & day 3. Amazingly clean facilities inside & out 4. Easy to access 5. Wide inside passageways inside & out for easy maneuvering 6. Available large, clean push carts are very helpful 7. Doors open smoothly & easily 8. Conveniently located 9. Extra special events for clients on a regular basis
