Nice place. Nice people.

The property and unit is kept neat and clean. It’s well lit and has plenty security cameras. I’m very happy to rent there.

Storage is ok. The buildings are old vs others the area…

Old but on for what I need. Current mgmt seems to have a better handle on maintaining the property as upgrades/improvements are clearly visible.

Great place. Great for big stuff!

Management is super nice and communicates effectively. Facility has had many recent improvements. Super convenient. Pin pad always works. Gate is never broke. What more can you ask for from a storage facility?!?

Great Management!!

We have been tenants at this location for several years. Since the new management took over in 2021, there have been significant changes done to ensure your property is secure and safe. Management is also very aware of who is entering the property and eager to keep criminals out. I would recommend April Forest to anyone looking for a storage building.

Well kept premises and secure for our storage items.

The management seems to always be accessible and are friendly people. The storage units themselves, are kept in good condition and if there is anything that isn't right with your unit, just let management know and it is taken care of.
