Painless process

Painless process, highly recommend Mark was a huge help and got us squared away in 20-30 minutes, and was very attentive and responsive. Had zero problems with check-in and based on my experience with Mark, can't imagine any difficulties in the future!

Mark at the facility was so friendly and helpful! He answered all questions, offering helpful suggestions with packing resources. He showed us our options for storage sizes, offering suggestions according to our home size. We reserved our storage unit online since online offered a great discount price. We are pleased with the security & access to Public Storage. We would highly recommend Public Storage to anyone.

Great service. Clean, safe and friendly. Never saw a single critter. Never felt threatened or at risk from undesirable people who shouldn't be there. Great security. We utilized our space since 2009 and have nothing but positive things to say about this facility.

Fast, friendly, very new & clean...and easy access!

I drove the extra miles to reserve a unit at Public Storage - well worth the distance given the fact that there is a locaton just across the street from my home and definitely not as nice as the NW Hwy/Jupiter location!!!
