Needs a few more signs but exceeded my expectations!
I was pleasantly surprised & frustrated at same time. I entered through main Or side entrance. There was a place to back a truck in w/ ramps 4 truck. Then there are steps w/o a ramp! Fortunately my locker is right near Office entrance. Someone had the door propped open but I wasn't there long last night. I hope it's not a common thing because there is no gate there. This is a small door in my opinion. I did not see a large entrance. I learned to push down when sliding door lever. I really like being given a lock, but don't like it's simple 4 digit! I really like fact total of 3 locks can be installed. I may add one more later.
I was surprised I had to do Chinese red light to exit gated area because there is NO Exit. (side facing Princeton Rd) Most people moving are in hurry &or stressed out. I had to drive to gate, open side door, enter code, go back through door, make sure it door was locked, then rush to car to get out & finally drive to other side. To make process truly easy Please add signs or tell people an area where lockers are. I walked around 3/4th of the facility before finding my #. During my exploration, I thought of old scifi movie the cube. I felt "ceilings" could've been thicker or double covered. The security is enough to deter most criminals.
I can't really complain compared to most of the competitors. Most of competition only allow access during specific times. Federal is 24hr Access and climate controlled! I feel confident my electronics & appliances will be just fine! That is convenient and piece of mind too! Last complaint is the website uses weird script requiring me to save each page of the contract Vs print (or save as pdf)!

Great place so far ,the only small issue so far is having to wait to unload if other vehicles are inside unloading, other than that it's Awesome:)

No maps, no restroom, no arrows
*No maps,no signs, no arrows, no visual kind of help of any kind displayed inside or outside on building
*Restrooms all locked said all out of order
* Not described as being upstairs unit
*Extremely difficult just to speak with a human over the phone
*NO MILITARY OR VETERAN DISCOUNT
*The person that helped me e reserve the unit and the pop person that helped talked me thru finding my unit w directions....both of those people were OUTSTANDING. (very nice, patient, helpful) But that should not have had to go thru all of that nor should have the customers that pay very well to store their belongings there.

Great Deal!
Very clean facility and affordable! Sign up was very easy with no down payment required. The check in process was seamless. I was very impressed with how efficient the gate entry was and how accessible locks were. All information is sent via text which allows you to refer to the text. The important information was in bold print and it was minimal content. Any customer agreements were emailed separately. Best experience I’ve had with no human interaction. Most self storage facilities aren’t like this. I would refer anyone I knew looking for a storage in the area!

I was in need of a smaller storage unit. When researching, I came across a website that listed all of the storage facilities by distance. The site listed any promos and estimated monthly cost. This was the only place that carried a 5x7 unit. The first month being free was a little misleading. The charges were prorated from the date I moved in to the end of the month. In order to get a full month for free, the move in date MUST be the first. Anything after receives prorated charges. The fine print states the unit is billed from the 1st to last day of month. I feel like the verbiage is gray and could be better explained.
Overall, I’m grateful and very happy that I found this storage facility!

Awesome storage facility!
This place is awesome. It is all handled online and the process is super quick and friendly. We did have a website glitch but customer service took great care of us! It's easy to get in and out of this facility as a renter, but feels secure with multiple levels of security in order to get to your unit. We are very happy.

It was difficult to find what I needed
I reserved and checked in on-line as recommended. The first unit I was given was inaccessible to me. The second unit was inaccessible to me. The employee finally found a unit that I could actually access, but it was a higher price. I was going to walk away after the second unit, but fortunately that employee valued my business and got me settled in. She did her absolute best to accommodate me.
The advertising for this facility doesn't mention that almost all units are only accessible via a tall loading dock with winding ramps or steps. It would have been okay if I was using a Uhaul or large pickup truck with someone much stronger than me helping. As a 5'3" woman in a Subaru doing it alone, there was no way I could have used the first 2 units unless I was storing boxes of feathers. Definitely not heavy boxes and random furniture.
I was finally able to get a drive up unit and am very satisfied with it. I don't have to get out in the weather to unload, large carts are easily available, and it is dry and clean. I won't be able to keep the unit as long as planned because of the price difference, however I am very satisfied with the unit I finally received.
The advertising for this location needs to better portray that all units aren't drive-up as is implied. It needs to be clearer how the majority of units are accessible.

Bigger sign
We had some difficulty finding the place since it didn't look like the storage facilities we are used to seeing. However once we figured things out and knew where to go it was very easy to unload. Much easier than we realized.
