Made the usual stressful moving experience much easier

The staff I have interacted with have done a great job trying to make my move in process as stress free as possible which I am grateful for. The units were clean and angle carts to help with moving were very appreciated

Facility was clean, easy access. Friendly staff.

The staff member was very helpful and answered all my questions. She took me through the facility and showed me where everything was (i.e. restroom, carts). She made sure that the unit I had reserved was what I needed before all the paperwork was signed. I am very pleased with the cleanliness of the facility and the easy and 24 hour access.

Christie was very helpful and made our move in easy. I appreciate her taking the to answer all my questions. I also appreciate James calling to check on our move. The building was nice and clean. I felt safe going in and out of the facility.

Great facility with friendly service.

The place is less than 6 months old and is very clean and tidy. The loading door is easily accessible, although it's a tight turn to back up to the door. The aisles are well lit and wide and pushing carts through them is easy.
